Courses such as outward bound training, enterprise culture training, real estate whole process business training, professional accomplishment training, etc.
Job rotation training cross with the headquarters of the corresponding sequence departments
On-the-job time: The working time in the department shall not be less than 6 months.
Job rotation training: It is recommended to carry out job rotation training for not less than 3 months in customer service and marketing sequences of city companies (one of which is sufficient), with clear work and learning objectives.
The rotation in other business departments of the city company can be adjusted according to actual needs.
